Meditation
Meditation has many benefits and provides you with the ability to ground yourself, connecting to inner peace within. There are countless studies that have scientifically proven the benefits of meditation including improved cardiac health, greater coherence within the brain, improved sleep, improved attention and focus, reduction in menstrual disorders and a reduction and elimination of depression and anxiety. At Surfcoast Health and Wellbeing Clinic we provide monthly meditation classes and individual sessions.
