Damian Bourke holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University, a Masters in Project Management from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law as well as being a mediator.
​
He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and to the High Court of Australia in 2020.
​
Damian has experience in family law, commercial law, general litigation, alternative dispute resolution, wills and estates, sports law and general advice. He is a qualified mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
​
Outside of work, Damian has played football for Geelong and Brisbane, and captained the Geelong team from 1987 to 1989. He has also climbed Mount Everest twice.
