Lauren Findlay

Lauren is a dedicated Paediatric and Adolescent Occupational Therapist.  Graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health Science, Masters of Occupational Therapy practice from La Trobe University.

Over the past seven years, Lauren has been an integral part of our Paediatric team, in providing creative and engaging child and adolescent therapy.  Lauren is particularly passionate about working with children and teens, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection, identity exploration and formation, mental health support and skill-building.  Lauren has strong interests in both trauma informed practice and neurodiverse affirming approaches, integrating both to help children and adolescents feel safe and engaged, allowing space to embrace their authentic selves.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist and member of the leadership team she mentors and supports our whole team.
