Each room is furnished and ready for client care with modern fittings, air conditioning and heating and on-site parking. The space is designed to help you settle in quickly, support your clients well and grow your practice with confidence.

Room 1
Room 1 is a spacious therapy room with a desk, comfortable seating for clients and heating and air conditioning. It also has its own bathroom and storage for linens, equipment or personal items. I love this room as it has enough space to set up a massage table also.

Best suited to Psychologists, Holistic/Spiritual Counsellors, Occupational Therapists or Naturopaths.

Price: $375 weekly plus GST
​Daily/Casual rate: $200 per day plus GST.

Room 2
This is our largest room which is light filled, spacious and welcoming. It includes a desk, heating and cooling, and comfortable chairs and couch for clients. There is cupboard space and desk draws for storage for equipment or personal supplies. This room is also great for workshops, meditation classes with storage available in the garage.

Best suited to Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Holistic Therapists or Counsellors.

Price: $375 per week plus GST
​Daily/casual rate: $200 per day plus GST
Room 3
Room 3 is a warm, cosy, light filled room with desk, comfortable client seating, massage table, air conditioning and heating with dimmable lighting. The space holds a quiet, calm atmosphere which many therapists and clients prefer.

Best suited to Massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, Holistic Therapists.

Price: $325 per week plus GST
Daily/casual rate: $165 per day plus GST

Room 4
Room 4 is a warm, cosy, intimate room, that is quiet and light filled designed for calm, grounding client sessions. It includes a desk, comfortable seating for clients, massage table, heating and air conditioning and dimmable lights. It also has a cupboard that provides ample space for towels, equipment or personal items.

Suitable for Reiki Practitioners, Massage Therapists, Holistic Therapists.
​
Price: $325 per week plus GST
Daily/casual rate: $165 per day plus GST​

GARAGE AVAILABLE
We also have a double garage that can be renovated for your own business set up (prime location) or storage space available.
