About the event
This beautiful sound healing meditation class will allow you to relax into a deep meditative state, allowing you to release stress, anxiety, depression or any other negative mental or physical ailment. When we still our minds, the body does what is it naturally designed to do, and that is heal itself. It is very important to take time out to connect with your inner body, or stillness, to allow ourselves to centre, so we can rebalance and restore our energy and allow ourselves to just be.
Bindy will guide you through this beautiful sound healing meditation as you sit or lay down.
The Facilitator
Bindy has a Bachelor Degree in Nutritional Medicine, is a Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Energy Healer, Cacao Ceremony facilitator and also does Flower Essence Readings.
