New Life Meditation Program

Create and vision your new life with this six week guided meditation program.  When we meditate, we go to the Theta state (deep relaxation) which allows for visioning to be so much more powerful.  The brain doesn't know the difference between imaging and actually experiences in the physical world, so the more we meditate and then vision our future from a deep relaxed place, the more powerful and healing the actual physical experience will be when it lands.  

Experience deep relaxation and physical and mental healing during the meditation as I send reiki healing to you during the meditation.  This strengthens the healing experience and allows your body to naturally realign to wellbeing.

Nikki has her Doctorate Degree in Philosophy, specialising in Metaphysical Science, is an accredited Holistic Counsellor and Reiki master who was born in Melbourne, Australia.  She is a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).  She has also completed her Nationally Accredited Certificate II - First Aid Training and has a Working with Children card.  She loves sharing her knowledge through her classes and speaking appearances on holistic health and wellbeing.  Learn more
