My Story
Mathew brings a wide range of health knowledge, skills and experience to his role. He has previously worked in physical education and as a paramedic in regional and metropolitan settings in Australia.

Over the past 10 years, Mathew has developed a philosophy that is heavily based on the need for balance in one's life, incorporating both mental and physical health. He is especially committed to promoting positive mental health to men and for them to overcome the stigma of seeking help. Mathew has also completed post graduate research that examined ways to engage with fathers to promote positive health behaviours to their young children.

Mathew is registered to provide services to clients under referrals from TAC, WorkCover, NDIS and Medicare. He can also see clients under Department of Justice's work development program (WDP).
